Our seamers are designed to be versatile. Most models come standard for 12oz and 16oz aluminum cans, but we offer adapter kits for various sizes including 8oz, 19.2oz, and 375ml/500ml crowlers.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom-colored units or high-volume commercial orders, lead times may extend to 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do I need to calibrate my seamer upon arrival?
Every Oktober Can Seamer is factory-calibrated and tested before shipping. However, we recommend performing a quick 'tear-down' inspection and seam check upon arrival to ensure nothing shifted during transit.
What is your return policy for machinery?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is defective.
